The social highlight of the conference, the Banquet and Reception will bring together retail bakers, vendors and other industry professionals for an evening of dining and entertainment. This year's scheduled entertainment features:
Comedian and Musician Paul Frisbie
Paul Frisbie is a regular at comedy clubs like Zanies, the Improv and the Funny Bone and has opened for acts ranging from Michael Bolton to Adam Sandler. During his fresh, unique, and all-age appropriate show, Paul has been known to interupt himself with a lively and humorous song on his guitar, banjo or mandolin.
The Ron Mills Orchestra
The Ron Mills Orchestra is known throughout Chicago as the pinnacle of Swing Music. Featuring vocalist Kate Rafferty, the Ron Mills Orchestra will be playing a variety of swing music and classic standards that will make you want to dance the night away.
Banquet tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased along with your registration.
