CSM Renames Merged Entities

Bioterrorism Act Requirements To Go Into Effect
June 6th marks the date that all required "small businesses"
(11 - 499 employees) must be in compliance with the record
keeping requirements of the Bioterrorism Act. The records

Dawn Merges With Countryside
Dawn Food Products, Inc. announced recently that it will combine
operations with Countryside Baking, Inc., an Irvine, Calif.-based
cookie and sweet goods manufacturer.
The move will have little impact on the day-to-day operations
of either company, instead focusing on a sharing of knowledge
and expertise between the two companies. Dawn does expect
to use its access to Countryside's cookie manufacturing facility
as a way to strengthen its core competency in the frozen bakery
