Exhibitors continue to be an important part of the conference experience.  There will be one-hundred-twenty spaces available.  All breaks and receptions are held in the exhibit area.  Attendees must pass through the exhibit area when entering the general session.  Exhibitors receive maximum exposure for their products and services with this format.  Exhibit space will be released on a first come, first served basis.

To purchase booth space, fill out the Contract & Application enclosed in this packet. In order to reserve booth space, payment must be included. Please choose multiple locations for your booth. We will make every attempt to accommodate your primary request. However, in the event the locations you specify are not available, we will contact you directly and find a suitable booth space for you.

Exhibit fees include two registrations to the Convention.  Additional exhibitor badges are available at member conference rates based on the date of registration. 

To secure your booth, simply download and complete the Exhibitor Contract and mail or fax with your full payment.  Contracts may be faxed to 703.610.0203 to the attention of Debbie Kennedy or mailed to Retail Bakers of America, ATTN: Debbie Kennedy, 8400 Westpark Drive, 2nd Floor, McLean, VA 22102.  No space will be assigned unless full payment has been received at our office.

Cancellation Clause:
The Association incurs expenses with the hotel, so we must therefore, pass some of this expense on to the company canceling. The following is a breakdown of cancellation charges. The Cancellation Clause applies to all exhibitors and sponsors.

  • Canceling before April 1, 2009, full refund.
  • Canceling between April 1, 2009 and June 1, 2009, 50% refund.
  • Canceling on or after June 1, 2009.  NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
